A few things worth knowing
How do credits work?
Credits unlock customer enquiries. The base reference value is ₹10 per credit; bundles and promotional offers can include bonus credits. Service fees are agreed directly between you and the customer.
What is an exclusive (“virgin”) enquiry?
An enquiry that has never been purchased can be bought exclusively. Only that consultant gets access, and the enquiry is closed to further purchases. Once someone buys a shared slot, the exclusive option is removed.
What does verified mean?
Our operations team has contacted the customer and checked the enquiry details. Unverified enquiries haven’t completed this check yet. Neither status guarantees a customer will hire you.
How do shared enquiries work?
A shared enquiry can be purchased by a limited number of consultants at once. Available slots are shown before purchase. Your purchase unlocks the contact details and uses your wallet credits.
When do credits expire?
Each welcome credit or top-up allocation has its own expiry, shown in your wallet. Credits nearest to expiry are used first, and expired credits can’t be spent.
Can I claim the Free plan again?
Welcome credits are available once per consultant identity — PAN, mobile number and email are checked for duplicate registration.
Can I change or upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can top up or move to a higher plan from your wallet at any time; unused credits from your current plan carry over until they expire.
